Import classes from CSV

Add many classes at once using a spreadsheet file.

Download the template

Go to Classes → Import CSV. Click "Download Template" to get the CSV template.

Fill in your data

Open the template in Excel or Google Sheets. Fill in class name, day, time, duration, and capacity for each class.

Upload the file

Click "Upload CSV" and select your file. Klasly will preview the data before importing.

Confirm and import

Review the preview. Fix any errors shown in red. Click "Import" to create all classes at once.

Tips
  • • The CSV must use the exact column headers from the template.
  • • Save your spreadsheet as .csv (not .xlsx) before uploading.
