Apply class edits to upcoming sessions

When you edit a class, choose whether to push the change to sessions already on the schedule.

Edit and save the class

Change a class's capacity, price, instructor, room, online link, visibility, duration, or type and save.

Choose the scope

If a session-relevant field changed, a prompt asks "Apply to upcoming sessions too?". Choose "Yes, update upcoming sessions" to push it to future (non-cancelled) sessions, or "Just this class" to only update the template.

Tips
  • • Past and cancelled sessions are never changed. If an edit didn't seem to "take" on the schedule before, this is why — now you can apply it explicitly.
