Write your questions

Ask your own questions after a visit: on the Reviews page, "What you ask after a visit" holds up to five questions you write yourself — each one stars, Yes/No, or a written answer. They are sent with the receipt the moment a service is paid for, so the client is asked while it is fresh, and every question can be skipped.

Approve what comes back

Reviews that come from a visit are about the practitioner who did it, and they wait for your approval like any other. Answers to every question are shown under each review so you are never approving something you have not read.

Limits
  • • Until you add at least one question no review request is sent at all.
  • • Rewording a question later never changes an answer somebody already gave; the answer keeps the question as it was asked. The answer TYPE cannot be changed — remove the question and add it again, so old answers keep meaning what they meant.
  • • The client is separately asked whether you may share their words in marketing, first name only — approving a review publishes it on your website (which they agreed to), but a review marked "Not cleared for marketing use" should not go on a poster or an ad.
More detail

A review from a visit appears under that practitioner's profile on your website, above their services — which is where a visitor is deciding who to book. Their own portal also gains a "My Reviews" page where they can copy a quote or save it as a picture for their marketing, limited to reviews you published AND the client agreed to have shared. Ratings a client did not clear still count towards their average; only the words are held back, and the page tells them how many so they do not think it is broken.
