Enable when prompted

When you first visit your studio's Klasly page, you'll see a prompt to enable notifications. Tap "Enable Notifications".

Manage in Settings

Go to Settings to enable, disable, or customize which notifications you receive.

Tips
  • • On iPhone (iOS 16.4+), push notifications only work when Klasly is added to your Home Screen via Safari.
  • • You can turn off specific notification types while keeping others on.
  • • The "Email Notifications" switch turns off optional email: class and appointment reminders, studio messages and campaigns, waitlist and rebooking offers, and pass-renewal reminders. Receipts, payment problems and refunds, confirmations and cancellations of your own bookings, class changes, waivers and forms you were asked to sign, and sign-in or password links are always sent.
