Activity feed: see everything happening in your studio

The Activity widget on your Dashboard (and the full page at /dashboard/activity) shows bookings, payments, schedule changes, new members, alerts, and more — filtered by role.

Open the Activity widget

On the Dashboard Home, scroll to the Activity card. It shows the last 14 days of relevant events. Click "See all" to open the full page with 30 days of history.

Switch tabs to focus

Use the tabs (All, Bookings, Billing, Operations, Members, Alerts) to narrow the feed. The Alerts tab has a red badge with the number of items that need attention.

Adjust alert thresholds

Owners (and Managers with the Settings permission) can open the gear icon to change when alerts fire — inactive member days, no-show streak, unpaid grace, waiver follow-up, contract awaiting, and cancellation-rate threshold.

Hide read items

Anyone can toggle "Hide read items" in the gear popover. This preference is saved per profile.

Tips
  • Each event row uses a coloured left border for urgency: red = critical, amber = warning, green = success, none = informational.
  • Members only see their own activity (their bookings, their pass purchases, their waiver) plus studio-wide announcements.
  • Managers see categories that match their permissions — e.g. a Manager without "view payments" will not see the Billing tab.
  • Want a quick glance at recent bookings only? Click the "Bookings" tab on the Activity widget — it filters the feed to confirmed/cancelled bookings only.
