The New Year Silent Retreat is a three-night, four-day immersive experience designed to help you step into the year ahead with greater clarity, intention, and connection to yourself.

In the Ayurvedic rhythm of the seasons, this retreat arrives at a powerful threshold—when winter invites us inward. After the release and shedding of fall, winter calls us into stillness, reflection, and quiet rebuilding from within. A winter reset.

Before the calendars fill, before the goals and expectations take hold, we invite you to begin the year differently — in silence, stillness, and deep nervous system reset.

Through intentional silence, yoga, meditation, somatic movement, breathwork, sound healing, and mindful reflection, you’ll create space to release the momentum of the past year and return to your center.
